Disable_dgaf in HS20

Hi ,

    Proxy ARP could be enable from the hostapd config file, but the other
functionalities like  converting the grouped addressed (IP) DHCP packets to
individually addressed 802.11 frames  are implemented ? Is this
functionality already present and if so , is it enabled in default HS20 is
set in hotapd.conf file?
