[PATCH 1/1] Change the interpreter directive in test scrips

However, it turns out that apart from run-tests.py, there is not really
any point in defining the interpreter in the first place since those
files are not executed directly. I removed the interpreter lines from
all the other files and applied this change to run-tests.py.
