Questions regarding Anonymous-TLS

Hi Jouni,
Want to try out anonymous-TLS.I would like to know what is the
configuration at the client(peer side) and at the radius server side.

*1.At Client Side*
For a normal TLS connection the network block at the client side might look
like this:

network={
	ssid="1x-test"
	key_mgmt=IEEE8021X
	eap=TLS
	identity="user at example.com"
	ca_cert="/etc/cert/ca.pem"
	client_cert="/etc/cert/user.pem"
	private_key="/etc/cert/user.prv"

How does the anonymous TLS network block look like?
*2.At Radius Server*

What is the configuration at the Radius Server?

Please Clarify.
