Slower internet speed via hostapd and TL-WN422G V2

I just needed to make sure if it is not possible for hostapd to make any
speed reduction (maybe some WMM or other QoS options?). I just compared
internet speed in input and on output. In a some way from the 12Mbit/s on
the output of hostapd AP (on TL-WN422G V2) for the client is only 7,6
Mbit/s available.
Maybe it is some driver issue. I will doublecheck it. Maybe I will try to
use other USB WiFi adapter.
Thank you.
