AP mode simultaneous dualband with one USB dongle

Hi all,
I have AR9374 based USB dongle
(http://www.qca.qualcomm.com/technology/technology.php?nav1=47&product=113).
It is dual-band capable chip that uses ath6kl driver.

So far I have been able to put it in AP mode in 2.4GHz and 5GHz - one
or other, but not two at the same time.

At this point I need a few clarifications:

1)  Is it possible to put this chip in simultaneous dual band AP -
i.e. in both 2.4GHz and 5GHz at the same time?
2)  How wps_rf_bands=ag config variable should be used, and is this
useful _only_ during the WPS setup procedure, or we can have dual-mode
traffic as well? Can it be used to achieve what I want to do here?
