It seems like I have to implement P2P functions through private path to hardware driver(I guess it need modification too to supply entry) instead of Windows NDIS API.

I'm not aware of any public Windows API that would allow this to be supported by a 3rd party supplicant that would work with multiple NDIS drivers.
