Connect to Network without assign IP address

Thank for the reply Arend.
What do you mean with 'sensible configuration' ? Is not enough with the
"set_network ssid" and "set_network psk" ? What extra paramter I should
set? Also I've missed a "connect" command in wpa_cli. Doesn't exist?
I found documentation about supplicant when you configure the networks
in wpa_supplicant.conf but the links are very old. This is the best
method? Sorry about the plenty questions but I'm just starting to use
wpa_supplicant.
