Load And stress testing with EAPOL_TEST

hi everybody
I wanna do a stress testing of EAP-TLS authentication type (users with
digital certificates).
I read the manual of  EAPOL_TEST, and use -r command. But it didnot
sent complete requests to the server.
For instance I used -r200 requests to send 200 requests, But it sent only
154 requests.(as at client side it displays MPPE KEYS: OK 170)
Same is the case with 10000 requests.
Can anyone please tell me what is the issue???????
