Problems starting hostapd 2.0

Hi All,
you were right, Jouni.
My problem was due to wpa_supplicant being silently run by netcfg (even if
not used for connecting to any wireless network) as described in the above
mentioned thread on Arch Linux bbs.

It sounds like you have something else running in the system that is
trying to handle Action frames on this same interface. That won't work
since the kernel enforces only a single process to be allowed to
register to handle any specific frame type.
