HotSpot2.0 with hostapd and Galaxy S4

Dear all,

I am experiencing some difficulties to create my own AP implementing HS2.0,
my hostapd.conf look fine, and is working when i run the daemon as a 801.X
protected Wi-Fi.
My Galaxy S4 is not detecting it as a certified Passpoint Wi-Fi. Could you
please help me to figure out what's wrong?
