Secondary BSS interface removed with hostapd 1.0 and RALink RT2760 PCI (rt2800pci)

This issue is known within rt2x00 and linux-wireless, in which case I'll
have to sit back and wait for the rt2x00 project to fix it.
In the meantime, I apologize for creating this thread on the wrong mailing
list and reporting this may be a bug in hostapd. Anybody willing to follow
this issue and/or looking for a resolution should watch the rt2x00-users
mailing list.
