Strange problem with lots of virtual stations.

Out of 128 virtual stations, one of them is not able to connect
completely. This is hacked 3.5.2+ kernel and slightly modified
(and slightly old) hostapd.
The netlink events below never show the 'connected' event, but
it seems the wpa_supplicant logs at the bottom do show it connecting?
