hostap-1.x release schedule

A quick update on hostap-1.x...

hostap-1.0 release schedule:
hostap-1.0-rc2 will be released Feb 1
hostap-1.0-rc3 will be released Feb 15
hostap-1.0 will be released Mar 1

To submit a patch for hostap-1.x, please submit it to the hostap development branch (via the mailing list) and it will be picked up for hostap-1.x from there. Since patches need to first be picked up by Jouni to be accepted, patches you hope will make it into hostap-1.x should be submitted as soon as possible. We're really down to a small number of bug fixes that will be picked up at this point, so you should probably explicitly ask for your patch to be included in hostap-1.x if you'd like to see it there (see tagging below).

Only critical bug fixes will be accepted after rc3, and must be tagged as intended for hostap-1. To do this, please add the following tag in the commit message when you submit the patch to the development branch/mailing list:

intended-for: hostap-1

Please help with testing of the RCs and of 1.0, if you are able, and share the results of your testing with the mailing list. Bugs can be filed in the usual location.
