hostapd dual band simultaneous

What makes you believe that the card can support two bands
simultaneously?

_If_ the card did indeed come with two separate radios (it doesn't), you
would use two network interfaces (say, wlan0 and wlan1) and run a single
hostapd process with two configuration files (one for each netdev).
