problem with eap-aka using strongswan and hostapd

Did you run hlr_auc_gw with a configuration that includes the IMSI you
used here? The log here is not really complete enough to see the
details, but it points to the direction of missing IMSI entry in hostapd
(or well, hlr_auc_gw) configuration.
