Leap with 802.11r

hi,

this mail is just to check if 802.11r leap works in wpa_supplicant.
i see 802.11r clients work with other EAP methods but fails with LEAP.
in the code too i see no specific case handled for LEAP.
can someone throw light on this as i think i have fix for this.
