getting WPS-AP-AVAILABLE on free access points

yeah i'm very sure it's happening... i just tried over and over again.
everytime I connect to an AP which uses no encryption and is
completely open plaintext, I get WPS-AP-AVAILABLE... maybe it's
available but that's not what I want to use :)
