trouble shooting WPA2 four way hand shake error

Hi there, my home computer is on ubuntu, after I changed my wireless
authentication method to wpa2, wpa_supplicant fail at the 2nd step of
EAPOL. However, it is hard for me to digg further. Any suggestions? do I
have to get the source code of wpa_supplicant to debug?
