How to test EAP-SIM fast reauthentication?

Hi,

Topic is pretty much clear - how to verify EAP-SIM fast reauthentication?
What I've tried so far - PMK key cache clearing, then client will try to
reauthenticate. But I have a gut feeling I'm doing it wrong.
