wpa_supplicant scan time

Hi guys
I have search for a couple of days and dont have a solution
Well, its simple
I have a 20 AP's Network and when moving around, then connection takes
along time to switch between the AP's, i believe its because of the scan
time
How can i decrease the scan time or maybe make the wpa_supplicant daemon
switch between the AP faster
