Something wrong with hostapd and Me

Hi Group.

I had bought a D-Link DWA-547 with a AR5008 micro fubus and 3 antennas.
And some cheap realtek gigabit nics dedicated for hostapd, firewall, router use.
But I can't get it up in real 802.11n speed, I can set it to 802.11n @ 300mbit but the speed is slow, a bit slower than a normal 802.11g.
I'm in total panic from this problem here, so please if anyone can give me a hint, I'll be so extreme happy.
