wpa_supplicant behaviour with PIN registration failed.

Test case:

1)Generate a PIN in wpa_supplicant with "wps_pin any".

2) Enter wrong PIN in AP1

3) Registration failed in both client and AP1.

4) Enter correct PIN at AP2 within 2 minutes of step1.

 

In wpa_supplicant, WPA-AP-AVAILABLE-PIN events comes after step 4 but it
does not register. Is this an expected behavior assuming every PIN
command is a atomic command?

 

Could not find any reference for this in the spec about multiple
registration attempt under a single PIN press.
