p2p_connect with incorrect pin

Hi all,

I'm not able to connect to p2p devices with correct PIN after giving the wrong PIN. Is it proper behavior?

Instruction how to reproduce (from wpa_cli):

Dev1: p2p_find
Dev2: p2p_find

Dev1: p2p_connect <Mac2> pin
Dev1 return PIN

Dev2: p2p_connet <Mac1> <incorrect PIN>

Group formation failure message.

Then I try one more time:

Dev1: p2p_connect <Mac2> pin
Dev1 return PIN

Dev2: p2p_connet <Mac1> <correct PIN>

Connection can't be established.

To avoid this behavior I must call p2p_find or p2p_listen before 2'nd attempt. Is it proper behavior (security issues)? I can't find any documentation talking about it.
