EAP-TTLS not working on Windows 7/Vista

Actually the error comes at the final stage of authentication specifically in 
key derivation stage (after the validation of user name). Please see the 
"TTLS.pcap" file attached.

just disable the windows "use hostname for authentication" feature.
It is in the connection settings => security => extended settings =>
mode of authentication (the actual gui may variate, as I don't have an
english windows 7).
