EAP-TTLS not working on Windows 7/Vista

Hi,

I have following testing setup:

     Supplicant ---> Hostapd ---> Free Radius.

Using EAP-TTLS I could authenticate successfully from Windows XP.
When I changed XP to Windows 7, authentication failed. TLS session establishment 
was OK, fails after that.

Please help me to solve this problem.
