So with the changes that went in now, I've rebased everything and made
some DBus API changes to not have strings <-> binary conversion all the
time. The result can be found here:

Still a number of comments you had earlier will be relevant for this,
the WPS should be in better shape but some things aren't addressed, like
including wps/wps.h in some places.
