hostapd does not support CUI currently. Please note that support for
this would mean more than just adding the attribute to Access-Request
messages, i.e., it needs to be parsed from Access-Accept and the new
version needs to be included in accounting requests and Access-Request
messages that are used for re-authentication. It should not be too much
work to add support for this, but no one has contributed a patch to
implement this so far.
