Thanks! I applied this, but while going through some of the "return 0",
it looks like we may want to remove the notification to other interfaces
in some of them. Things like special P2P scans with a separate
scan_res_handler can be very frequent during P2P operations (e.g.,
multiple timer per second) and there is not really much point in making
other interfaces try to consume scan results from them.
