Updated patches from my tree.

In general, these patches help logging capabilities
and help decrease resource usage when using lots of
VIFS on a single wpa_supplicant instance.

The rfkill logic looked totally broken with multiple
phys in the same system, so I re-wrote it a bit.  But,
I don't have a good way to test any of that currently.

Rebased against today's hostap tree.
