Fast roaming with mac80211 drivers

Hi,

I am trying to test the fast roaming with a mac80211 based driver,
but I see that the whole roaming process takes about 200ms, even
when working in an open netwrok.

The voice enterprise test-plan requires the transition to be lass than
50ms.

I tested it with wl12xx driver, but from what I see the bottle neck is
in the mac80211 and not the driver.

Was the 80211r feature tested with mac80211 drivers?
