Laptop is an HP, wifi card is a Broadcom BCM4353 abgn.
I went on dozens of networks with it, and this is the only one that displays 0 for the advertised speed.
Some debug info (not sure what they are) given by the Broadcom tool gives me this:
00 07 56 61 6e 63 65 6c 6c
01 04 82 84 0b 16
03 01 01
05 04 01 02 00 00
30 14 01 00 00 0f ac 04 01 00 00 0f ac 04 01 00 00 0f ac 02 0c 00
2d 1a 4e 10 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
3d 16 01 05 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
dd 18 00 50 f2 02 01 01 00 00 03 a4 00 00 27 a4 00 00 52 43 5d 00 72 32 2e 00

inSSIDer says the speed is 65 (I often see this instead of 130/300 with inSSIDer).

What is this laptop and the tool that displays the speed? It sounds like
it is working incorrectly and is unable to figure out the correct
"speed" (however it may define that) with this network.
