It's the right place.  You are just doing the wrong thing.  People who 
can answer you typically have little time and must choose what questions 
to answer.  Make sure they are interested in answering you.  Make it 
easy for them to find out what message was ignored - provide a link. 
Add new information, I'm sure you have something.  Show that you are 
ready to answer questions.  More tips here:
