It is mostly functional at this point with the couple of mac80211-based
drivers that advertise support for RSN IBSS (iwllegacy, iwlwifi, ath9k).
You'll get the best view of which commands and events are needed by
running a quick test with any of those drivers and creating an RSN IBSS
between two stations.

There were some extensions to setting the key and new events for
indicating station joining/leaving the IBSS. In addition,
NL80211_CMD_JOIN_IBSS needs to support the new NL80211_ATTR_IE to
configure the RSN IE for the IBSS.
