hostapd_cli action file sample

Ignore the request for sample as I have figured it out.

But now the hostapd has created wlan0 and wlan1, but in /var/ru /hostapd-phy0 there is only one control socket. So I could only run hostapd_cli .... -i wlan0. Tried to run another instance of hostapd_cli .... -i wlan0, and it failed with error '- wpa_ctrl_open: No such file or directory'.
