Adding new fields to wpa_supplicant.conf

If this is for normal HTTP or SOCKS proxy functionality, then the
supplicant is surely the wrong place to add this.  If not, what kind of
proxy are we talking about here?

Are the existing CA, Client cert, and private key config options
insufficient?
