hostapd doesn't recognize overlapping non-HT BSS

Hi,

as far as I could see hostapd should handle this case without any problems,
however, it doesn't detect my non-HT BSS on the same channel at all (and thus
doesn't enable protection).

I'm runnign a recent hostapd 0.8.x snapshot with the nl80211 driver.

How is hostapd meant to receive beacon frames from other APs?

Running a tcpdump on the mon.wlan0 interface doesn't show any foreign beacons
whereas a manually created monitor interface does.
