Well, it depends.. I don't even remember when I last rebooted by
laptop.. ;-)  If you are willing to go through the full reboot, the
extra second or two to connect is unlikely to be that large a
difference. Anyway, if someone wants to work on this, I'm willing to
accept a submission to store the PMKSA cache to a file (as an optional,
configurable feature that is disabled by default).
