wpa_supplicant[1282]: CTRL-EVENT-DISCONNECTED - Disconnect event - remove keys

I have a similar problem, on a small embedded board. It disassociates
every two minutes, and then immediately reconnects. The AP is good
as there is a laptop right beside the unit which is playing BBC Radio 3
(classical music) and has almost exactly the same card and software
on it, and it never drops a beat. The only error message I get is a
cyrptic Reason: 1, which I understand to be a catchall "other error"
reason. This AP is WPA encrypted, so tracing it is not easy. However
if I set up an unencrypted AP it will run without error for hours.
Not much help I know, but at least you are not alone.
