Yes, I was planning on using wpa_gui if I couldn't get things to work 
the way I want with wpa_cli.

I am also working on some wireless probes to use for troubleshooting and 
performance testing - I thought it might be easier to automate things 
without using the gui.  But maybe I was wrong since it appears no one 
uses wpa_cli anymore.
