optimizing wpa_supplicant for many stations.

It seems that wpa_supplicant opens a netlink socket for each of the
interfaces it manages, but then warns and ignores messages received
on each of these sockets for other interfaces.

Maybe opening a single netlink socket is the way to go?

(I'm basing this off of strace output..haven't actually looked
at the code in detail yet..)
