[PATCH] Ignore "DEAUTH" messages from APs we are not associated to

Hi Blaise. The are fixes to mac8011 that filter out DEAUTH messages
coming from an AP for which we have no BSS state (when one is using
nl80211) I mentioned last time are now pushed into wireless-test, and
are in current nightly compat-wireless builds. Could you try using a
newer compat-wireless?
