Issues bringing up bcm4312 as AP on Fedora 13 w/ 0.7.2

  I'm running Fedora 13 (updated, so 2.6.33.6) and downloaded and installed (from source) hostapd-0.7.2.

I also grabbed the BCM4312 firmware from Broadcom, and ran fwcutter on it.

I turned on PIO mode in /etc/modprobe.d/b43.conf as an option...

Rebooted...

And tried to run hostapd. Saw the following:

$ sudo ./hostapd -K -d -d -d -d -d -d /etc/hostapd.conf

Not sure what I'm missing here.

I loaded up the b43, cfg80211, mac80211, and lib80211 modules.

I set "driver=nl80211" in /etc/hostapd.conf

It looks like there's a mismatch going on in the netlink stuff, but there shouldn't be.

I'm using the current Fedora libnl (and libnl-devel) stuff, which is 1.1 based.

What else should I be looking at?

Thanks.
