'WPA authenticator requests disconnect: STA xxx reason 2' after PTKINITDONE

Hi.
I tried to run hostapd on DWA-520 card (that successfully works on
Gentoo) with LEAF (small linux distro, currently in development with
2.6.32.10 kernel) I've got a disconnect after authentication.
wpa_supplicant on client successful - and then receive disconnect event:
