In theory, there should not be need for a new command, i.e., just
triggering reassociation (wpa_cli reassociate) should be enough (with
optionally setting the bssid parameter before this if you have a
specific BSS with which to associate). In other words, over-the-air FT
should be used automatically whenever possible instead of running
through full authentication cycle.
