WPS:external WLAN Manager Registrars

Hi,

I am using Hostapd-0.6.9 with Madwifi, and I have few questions 
regarding Hostapd.

1)Hostapd is not supporting WPS external WLAN Manager Registrars, Is 
this feature under development?

2)Is there any patches available to support external WLAN Manager 
Registrars?

3)Is WPS in Hostapd  WiFi certification compliant?
