BUG? I can reproduce "Association request to the driverfailed" at will

Hi,
I see you guys have some problems with nl80211 driver. I'm trying to set up 
802.11r working on atheros cards with nl80211 drivers (2.6.31 kernel) , but 
still this is not working for me. I'm wondering if it is because of this 
issues with nl80211.

Anyway maybe could someone tell on witch drivers 802.11r can actually works.
