what the hostapd's function name is, which send packets to linux-kernel

Dear All,

 

The hostapd get packets from drivers, then eloop transfer the packets to linux-kernel.

What is the function name, which talk to linux-kernel last?

By the way, the link http://w1.fi/hostapd/devel/  can not been access. Could someone fix it?
