Hostap Problem "Deauthenticate all stations". What's the problem?

Hi, I'm running Hostap 0.6.8 in a powerpc terminal. This terminal has a
Ubiquiti wireless card (SR5) and the latest madwifi release by Ubiquiti
(descontinued now, and a bit old).

I configured hostap to work with WPA/CCMP. Everything is ok. I can connect 2
laptops and a iphone everything works fine.
The problem is that sometimes when I connect one of the laptops, all the
connections go down.

When this happen I see in the hostap log that the hostap try to connect the
laptop several times, and the following messages appear:
