The network block you described (IBSS network with WPA(v1) PSK) is
invalid. There is no such mechanism. IBSS can either use WPA-None (no
4-way handshake, just fixed TKIP/CCMP keys) or RSN IBSS (proto=WPA2) and
4-way handshake.
