Sending packets through a raw socket

Hi, I am trying to send packets through a raw socket but I am not sure
which header structure to attach to the packets.

I am porting code from an Atheros card with a madwifi driver. There I
use a wlan_ng_prism2_header in both directions (to the socket and from
the socket). When I run the code on a Prism 2.5 card running the
HostAP driver, receiving packets seems fine but sending packets seem
broken.

What are the headers on the way to the wifi card?
